Documentation
This page is the "Documentation" referenced in Millemaster Order Forms and the Master Subscription Agreement. It describes what the Services include. Event-specific quantities, dates and fees are on the Order Form.
1. Ticketing & Capacity Solution
- Salesforce package (millemaster namespace): event log, ticket scans, venues with live capacity, activation keys, REST facade for scanners, Mission Control dashboard (sales, entries, exits and occupancy by hour and by source; payments panel; live occupancy).
- Millemaster iPhone app: QR/barcode ticket scanning with quantity and re-entry rules, gate counter (entries, exits, corrections), Tap to Pay on iPhone gate sales via Stripe, liability signature capture, per-event activation keys, offline-tolerant sync.
- Integrations: WooCommerce/website tickets with signed QR tokens; Eventbrite orders and check-ins; Square door sales and payments; Stripe charges and disputes. All sources roll into one capacity count.
- Hardware and redundancy: scanner iPhones and Square POS terminals in the quantities stated on the Order Form, configured before the event, plus QR signage for website GA sales.
- Staffing and support: in-person oversight, staff training and full-time technical support for the duration of the event. The Customer provides door staff.
- Reporting and reconciliation: post-event reconciliation of Square, Stripe and Eventbrite against Salesforce, with the record delivered to the Customer.
2. Affiliate Marketing
Where an Order Form includes Affiliate Marketing, Millemaster promotes the Customer's VIP tickets through its own channels and partner lists and is paid the per-ticket amount on the Order Form for VIP tickets it sells.
3. Preparation Work
Planning sessions, configuration, integration, data loads, training, partner coordination (venue, city, community organizations) and software work performed before the event. See MSA §3.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Door and bar staff; venue access; power and connectivity at the gate.
- Timely access to ticketing, payment and POS accounts needed for integration (for example Eventbrite, Stripe, Square, Toast).
- Approval of capacity limits and any pause of online sales during the event.
