Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Eagle 47 Holdings LLC d/b/a Millemaster™ ("Millemaster", "we") handles information in the Millemaster iPhone app, the millemaster.com website, and the ticketing, gate and capacity services we provide to event organizers ("Customers").
1. Who the data belongs to
Millemaster processes attendee and transaction data on behalf of the Customer that runs the event. The Customer is the data controller; Millemaster is a processor. Data captured by the Services is stored in the Customer's own Salesforce environment and is owned by the Customer, as set out in the Master Subscription Agreement.
2. What we collect
- Ticket and order data: buyer name, email, phone, order id, ticket class, quantity, price, and a ticket token or barcode, received from the Customer's ticketing platforms (for example WooCommerce, Eventbrite, Square).
- Gate activity: scan results, entry and exit counts, timestamps, and the device identifier of the iPhone that recorded them.
- Payments: when a ticket is sold at the gate with Tap to Pay on iPhone, the payment is processed by Stripe. Card data is read by Apple's secure element and sent to Stripe; Millemaster never sees, stores or transmits full card numbers. We receive the payment id, amount, card brand, last four digits and wallet type from Stripe.
- Consent and signatures: where the Customer requires a waiver, the attendee's name, signature image and timestamp.
- Staff accounts: Salesforce user identity or the event activation key used to sign in, plus app diagnostics (crash logs, OS version).
3. How we use it
- To issue, validate and scan tickets, count occupancy, and report sales and entries to the Customer.
- To reconcile payments across Stripe, Square, Eventbrite and Salesforce.
- To provide support and improve reliability of the Services.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use attendee data for advertising. Aggregated, de-identified statistics (for example tickets per hour) may be used to improve the Services.
4. Who receives it
- The Customer (event organizer) and its Salesforce environment.
- Apple (Tap to Pay on iPhone), Stripe and Square for payment processing, under their own privacy policies.
- Salesforce as hosting platform for the Customer's data.
- Service providers acting under contract, and authorities where required by law.
5. Retention and security
Data stays in the Customer's Salesforce environment for as long as the Customer keeps it. Data is encrypted in transit. Ticket tokens are signed and cannot be forged from the QR image. Staff access is limited by Salesforce permission sets and per-event activation keys. Tap to Pay transactions run inside Apple's and Stripe's certified payment stack.
6. Your choices
Attendees who want to access, correct or delete their data should contact the event organizer first, since they control it. You can also contact us at admin@eagle47.com and we will route the request to the Customer. California residents have rights under the CCPA to know, delete and opt out of sale; we do not sell personal information.
7. Children
The Services are for 21+ or all-ages events run by adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Changes and contact
We will post changes here with a new effective date. Questions: admin@eagle47.com, Eagle 47 Holdings LLC d/b/a Millemaster™, 701 South Carson St #200, Carson City, NV 89703.
