Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the Millemaster iPhone app, TestFlight builds, and the millemaster.com website (together, the "App"). They apply to staff and organizers who use the App. Commercial terms between Millemaster and an event organizer are in the Master Subscription Agreement and the applicable Order Form, which control over these Terms where they conflict.

1. Access

  1. You may use the App only with a Salesforce login or an event activation key issued by the organizer. Do not share keys or use another person's login.
  2. You must be 18 or older and authorized by the organizer to work the event.
  3. Beta (TestFlight) builds are provided for testing and may change or stop working without notice.

2. Acceptable use

  1. Use the App only to sell, validate and count tickets for the event you are authorized for.
  2. Do not attempt to forge, replay or reverse-engineer ticket tokens, bypass capacity limits, or tamper with counts.
  3. Do not scrape, copy or redistribute the App, its code, or its integrations.

3. Payments

Gate sales made with Tap to Pay on iPhone are processed by Stripe on the organizer's Stripe account, subject to Apple's Tap to Pay terms and Stripe's Services Agreement. Millemaster is not the merchant of record unless an Order Form says so. Refunds and chargebacks are handled as set out in the Order Form.

4. Data

Data you enter or capture belongs to the event organizer and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The App, the Millemaster name and mark, the Salesforce package, and all integrations are owned by Eagle 47 Holdings LLC d/b/a Millemaster™. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for the event you are authorized for. Apple, iPhone, Apple Pay and Tap to Pay on iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Stripe, Square, Salesforce, Agentforce, Eventbrite and Claude are trademarks of their owners.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" for use with the redundancy described in the applicable Order Form. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millemaster is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost revenue, or losses caused by third-party services (Apple, Stripe, Square, Salesforce, Eventbrite, network carriers). Millemaster's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid under the applicable Order Form for the event in question.

7. Termination

We may suspend access for misuse. Sections 4 through 8 survive termination.

8. Governing law and contact
